A wide range of choice
A bay window is made up of three or more individual window units that project from the wall of the building. In the case of a bay window the floor projects as well allowing for standing in the bay itself providing a panoramic view of the outside space.
A market leading product
As with a bay window a bow window is made up of three or more separate window units projecting from the wall, but in the case of a bow window the floor space does not project so it’s not possible to stand in the window. A bow window instead usually has a large wide window board, which in itself can be a nice feature within the room.
In both bay and bow windows the individual window units are joined by strong structural bay pole or corner post assemblies that were required, take any structural load from above.
Your window your choice!
Our bay or bow windows can be made from any of our window ranges including our standard casement, flush casement, aluminium or sliding sash. This gives an amazing range of styles and colours to choose from or simply to match the rest of the windows in your house. Add some feature glass and chose from our wide range of accessories to make a real impact on your house.
The possibilities are endless
While it is more common to replace existing bay or bow windows our builders and fitters can also create completely new feature where required. What can be done does depend on the design and build of your property but our sales team can advise.
