Regularly inspected by BSI, we ensure our window and door installations consistently uphold the stringent standards of workmanship and quality.

Firmfix have been independently assessed and have met the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015.The European Standard for Quality Management Systems. We are independently inspected every year to ensure conformity.
24hr Emergency Call Out Service
To offer further confidence in our product, Firmfix provide a 24hr call out service to cover out of hours lock failure. Any window or door lock failure that creates a security breach will be rectified 24hrs a day 363 days a year. This cover is free for the first 3 years and renewable thereafter.
Staff
Sales staff are salary paid. They do not earn any commission whatsoever.
Fabricators are salary paid with the addition of a monthly perfection bonus. Any fabricating faults are deducted from the perfection bonus to encourage quality.
Fitters are salary paid with the addition of a monthly perfection bonus. Any fitting faults are deducted from the perfection bonus to encourage quality.
Builders are our own fully employed personnel and are also salary paid.
Subcontract workers include occasional builders / plasterers and NICEIC approved electrical engineers
