Quality Installation & Piece Of Mind
FIRMFIX products are fitted by our experienced fully employed, salary-paid
fitting teams.  We provide a full 10 year guarantee, backed up with an
Insurance Warranty with the Independant Warranty Association who offer
the benefit of deposit protection, and are underwritten by Lloyds Of London.
We also issue a Building Regulations certificate where required.

All after-sales service is carried out by our fully-employed dedicated
service team.

Customer surveys are continuously carried out by the IWA and have
resulted in numerous installation merit awards (the most recent achieving
98% customer satisfaction).

Finishing Touches
A choice of glazing beads, obscure glass and handle colours (White,
Gold, Chrome, Bronze and Black) can be chosen.

All windows and doors are trimmed externally to cover any unsightly
sealant or painting lines, and trimmed internally covering any joins
using acrylic and Stellmax (NOT white silicone).

Colours
FIRMFIX products are available in colour choices from traditional White
to Rosewood and Golden Oak woodgrain, finishes.  You can also choose
to have a woodgrained exterior with a clean, light White interior, black on white & special RAL colours.
